Spring fishing is back and ya gotta love it. Grouper, snapper, kingfish, mackerel and many more are biting now. The seas are getting calmer as the summer months start getting closer.

With that said, fishing is as good this spring as I have seen in over 4 or 5 years. We had our limit of kingfish every day this week. Spring and Fall are without a doubt the best time to get out and party in the gulf. Grouper are still biting good along with the kingfish bite that is just starting. Soon will be going offshore for the May run of the blackfin tuna. June will bring the opening of Red Snapper and the report is they are as thick as fleas on a dogs back.
